❖ Preparation for Birth and Beyond (PBB) – An antenatal course is available to all first time parents to help prepare them for baby’s arrival

❖ HENRY Healthy Families 0-5 – This is for parents or carers of children aged 0-5 years. Free to join with both online and face to face courses held in Childrens centres across the city. HENRY covers parenting confidence, physical activity for little ones, what children and families eat, family lifestyle habits and enjoying life as a family.
