An Invitation to Participate in a Survey Study title: A service evaluation of the ReSPECT process and its implementation in the community setting in Leeds ‘ReSPECT has been widely used across Leeds community service for the last 5 years, we are looking to audit the use of ReSPECT to guide improvements in the future and would really appreciate your time to complete a short survey, thank you’. Dr Gill Pottinger End of Life Clinical Lead, ICB Leeds You are invited to participate in this service evaluation as a health professional working with patients in palliative and end-of-life care. This evaluation is a collaboration between the Leeds Palliative Care Network and the Academic Unit of Palliative Care at the University of Leeds. We are conducting an online survey of health and social care professionals to understand how and when the ReSPECT process is being used in Leeds community health services. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. All data collected will be anonymised, securely stored on University of Leeds servers, and accessible only to members of the research team.
