Basic Life Support Training

This course is available to book for individual’s or as a team with a maximum of 12 delegates. The course is priced at £45 per person with further discounts available for group bookings.

Suitable for both clinical and non-clinical staff within in Leeds general practice. This training is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of how to identify anaphylaxis and immediate Basic Life Support management. 

Your course trainer, Helen Westmancoat, is a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner specialising in Adult & Paediatric BLS, use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), and Choking & Anaphylaxis training. Helen will monitor and assess delegates to ensure that all competencies are in line with the required standards of the new Resuscitation Guidelines 2021.
