Prescription Clerk Training Feedback

Our Prescription Clerk Training aims to develop non-clinical staff in Leeds General Practice into a “Prescription Clerk” role, which will involve ordering repeat medications or answering any queries patients have concerning these medications. The role is aimed at practice managers, receptionists and administrative staff with background knowledge and experience of Medicines Management within General Practice.

The aim of this training is to increase learner’s awareness of the process of repeat prescribing and the monitoring requirements for some common medicines.
