Preventative and Health Inequalities forum
In partnership with Public Health, Leeds GP Confederation are hosting a Preventative and Health Inequalities forum.
The forum is a place for those with a passion for improving healthcare across the city through preventative healthcare and by reducing health inequalities.
The invitation is open to anyone that may want to learn more about what others across the city are doing, ask for advice, make suggestions or even just want to listen in; so please share far and wide.
In this first session we would like to understand more about what you want from the forum moving forward, we also hope to update on what is happening with extra funding/contracts/projects etc.
We understand that everyone is really busy, so if even if you attend for 10 mins it would be great to see you there!
