Health Literacy Awareness Training

Nearly half the adults in England struggle to read and understand health information. When that information includes words and numbers, that figure rises even higher.

Our one hour health literacy awareness session, delivered via MS Teams, highlights some of the barriers that affect people’s understanding and use of health information. It also provides tools and resources for healthcare professionals to support patients to make more informed decisions about their healthcare.
